Upon first launch, users of Apple's Macintosh computers may encounter a security prompt. To proceed, one must right-click the application icon and select "Open" from the contextual menu, thereby bypassing the Gatekeeper restrictions.

Users of Microsoft Windows machines need only extract the contents of the archive to a folder of their choosing. The application may then be launched by executing the file named OddSpot.exe contained within.
